  • Allow the company to inspect the damage.
  • Get your car repaired and keep the invoice.
  • Send the invoice to HDFC Ergo for reimbursement.

Documents Needed for HDFC Ergo Claim Process

To settle a claim you need these documents:

  • Claim form filled and signed
  • Vehicle’s RC (Registration Certificate)
  • Driver’s license of the person driving during the accident

  • RTO paper signed by local RTO office
  • NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the finance company if the car has a loan
