Inform Go Digit If your hospital stay is planned, inform Go Digit at least 48 hours before admission. For emergencies, notify them within 24 hours of hospitalization.Show Your E-Health Card Go to the insurance helpdesk at the hospital and get the pre-approval form.Fill & Submit the Form Complete and sign the form, then submit it to the helpdesk.Approval Process If everything is correct, Go Digit will approve your cashless treatment. You must start treatment within 15 days of approval.Bill Settlement After your discharge, the hospital will send the bill to Go Digit, and they will pay it directly to the hospital.
