  • Families owning a two-wheeler, three-wheeler, four-wheeler, or motorized fishing boat.
  • Households owning mechanized farming equipment.
  • Families holding a Kisan Credit Card with a credit limit above Rs 50,000.
  • Government employees.
  • People working in government-managed non-agricultural enterprises.
  • Households with a monthly income above Rs 10,000 (as per the original exclusion criteria).
  • Families owning a refrigerator or landline phone.
  • Households living in well-built pucca houses.
  • Families owning 5 acres or more of agricultural land.
