Star Criticare Plus Insurance Policy

This policy provides coverage for 9 serious diseases. If a covered illness is diagnosed, the payment is made in one lump sum.

1Who Can Buy?

Anyone between 18 to 65 years can purchase this policy.

2How It Helps?

It covers medical expenses for the following critical illnesses:

  • First diagnosis of Cancer
  • Chronic Kidney Disease
  • Heart Attack (Acute Myocardial Infarction)
  • Brain Tumor (First-time diagnosis)
  • Major Organ Transplant (First-time surgery)
  • Irreversible Paraplegia (Permanent lower body paralysis)
  • Stroke causing Hemiplegia (One-sided body paralysis)
  • Irreversible Coma
  • Irreversible Quadriplegia (Permanent paralysis of all four limbs)

This plan provides financial support for serious health conditions, making treatment easier and stress-free.

Star Cardiac Care Insurance Policy

This policy provides financial support for heart-related treatments and also covers non-cardiac hospitalization and accident expenses.

1Who Can Buy?

Anyone between 10 to 65 years old who has:

  • Had stenting or bypass surgery in the last 7 years
  • A corrected Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) or Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD)
  • A treated Patent Ductus Arteriosus
  • Undergone RF Ablation or an Angiogram that did not require further treatment

2Coverage Details

  • Cardiac Cover: Special insurance plan for people with existing heart conditions
  • Flexible Coverage: Also covers non-heart-related treatments and accidents
  • Out-Patient Cover: Includes benefits for out-patient medical expenses
  • Waiting Period: Benefits start after 90 days, but this does not apply to renewals

  • Tenure: 1 Year
  • Sum Insured Options: ₹3 Lakh & ₹4 Lakh
  • Sum Insured Type: Individual

Star Cancer Care Gold Insurance Policy

Anyone between 5 months and 65 years who has been diagnosed with Stage 1 or Stage 2 Cancer.

2Who Can Be Covered?

The policyholder can also include dependent children, spouses, or parents.

3Coverage Details

  • Sum Insured Options: ₹3 Lakh & ₹5 Lakh
  • Coverage Type: Individual
  • Policy Tenure: 1 Year
