You can call their toll-free number 1800-12000 or register a claim on their website.Step 2: Once your claim is registered, you will get a confirmation message with a claim number. A Zuno representative may also call you to explain the next steps.Step 3: Zuno will send a surveyor to check the damage to your bike. They may ask for documents and give you a claim form. After approval, your bike can be repaired.Step 4: If your bike cannot be moved, Zuno can arrange a towing service to take it to the nearest network garage.Step 5: After all checks and paperwork, Zuno pays the repair cost directly to the garage.
