You can arrange towing yourself or ask the insurer. The towing cost can be reimbursed up to Rs 1,500 or Rs 3,000, depending on the add-on.Step 4. Repair your car at a garage and keep all original bills.Step 5. Submit all bills and documents to Cholamandalam online or by post. The insurer will pay you the claim amount after deducting any applicable deductibles. Reimbursement usually takes up to 7 working days after completing the formalities.
