Cholamandalam MS lets you download your car insurance policy easily from their website by using your policy number. Follow these simple steps:Step 1
Go to the Cholamandalam MS General Insurance website. Click on the ‘Customer Services’ tab and scroll down to choose ‘Email Policy Copy’.
Step 2
Enter your 17-digit policy number (without any slashes or special characters) and click Submit.
Step 3
After you log in, choose the option to download your car insurance policy. A copy will also be sent to your registered email ID.
