Oriental Car Insurance Claim
A car insurance claim is when a car owner asks the insurance company to pay for the damage or loss caused to their insured car. You can make more than one claim during the policy period, but it depends on the maximum amount (sum insured) mentioned in your policy.
Oriental General Insurance makes the claim process simple and hassle-free. You can file a claim online or by visiting an Oriental branch.

Types of Oriental Car Insurance Claims
There are two types of claims:
- 01
Cashless Claim
If you take your car to a garage in Oriental’s approved network, the insurance company pays the repair cost directly. You don’t have to pay anything.
- 02
Reimbursement Claim
If you take your car to a garage outside the approved network, you pay for the repairs first. Later, the insurance company will give you the money back.
