You can repair your car at any Shriram network garage without paying money. After checking the details, Shriram pays the garage directly.

Reimbursement Claim
If you repair your car at a non-network garage, you need to pay the bill yourself first. Then, you can send the bills and documents to Shriram, and they will refund the amount after approval.

Documents Needed for Shriram Car Insurance Claim
Copy of your driving license
Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) and original car keys
Hospital bills (if you are claiming for personal accident)
Repair estimate, invoice, and payment receipts from the garage
Copy of your car insurance policy
Personal ID and address proof
Duly filled and signed claim form
FIR (police report) for accidents or theft
No Trace Report and letter to RTO (if the car is stolen)
Legal notice from a third party (if needed)
How to File a Shriram General Insurance Car Insurance Claim
Follow these simple steps to claim your car insurance:Step 1. Call Shriram General Insurance
Dial their toll-free number and tell them what happened to your car. They will give you a claim reference number for future use.
Step 2. Surveyor Inspection
After registering the claim, a surveyor will visit within 24 hours to check your car and the accident/theft. The surveyor makes a report for Shriram Insurance.
Step 3. Submit Documents

Step 4. Claim Settlement
