1. Welcome to www.squareinsurance.in website (the "Site") operated by SQUARE INSURANCE BROKERS PRIVATE LIMITED (herein after referred to as Square Insurance) to provides an easy way to buy Insurance products from multiple Insurance Companies. Square Insurance is a licensed Insurance Broking Company holding a Broking licence from The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority. The IRDAI Direct Broker (General) Licence Code: 606.

2. Square Insurance provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. Before you use the portal, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in this Terms of Use (ToU) and the Privacy Policy. Use of any functionality of the portal constitutes acceptance of this ToU. If this ToU conflicts with any other documents, the ToU will control for the purposes of usage of the Portal / site. If you do not agree to be bound by this ToU and the Privacy Policy, you may not use the portal in any way. Be sure to return to this page periodically to review the most current version of the ToU.

3. We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the ToU without prior notice, and your continued access or use of this Portal / site signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified ToU.

By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide for you, either directly or indirectly (hereafter referred to as 'Resources'), you agree to use these Resources only for the purposes intended as permitted by (a) the terms of this User Agreement, and (b) applicable laws, regulations and generally accepted online practices or guidelines.

We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that, we feel in our judgment does not comply with this User Agreement, along with any content that we feel is otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inaccurate, or violates any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.

In consideration of your use of the Portal / site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of India or other applicable jurisdiction and will only use the Portal / site to make legitimate purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act (and will inform such other persons about the ToU and/or Privacy Policy) that apply to the purchase you have made on their behalf (including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto) In order to access our Resources, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to use the Resources. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Square Insurance Brokers Private Limited and its directors, officers, managers, employees, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this ToU or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account.

10. When you use the Portal / site or send emails to Square Insurance Brokers, you are communicating with Square Insurance Brokers electronically. You consent to receive communications from Square Insurance Brokers electronically. Square Insurance Brokers may communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Portal / site or by phone or usually available means of communication. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

11. The Portal / site or third parties may provide links to other World Wide Web portal / sites or resources. Because Square Insurance Brokers has no control over such portal / sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Square Insurance Brokers is not responsible for the availability of such external portal / sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such portal / sites or resources.

12. By using our website, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are “as is” and “as available”. This means that we do not represent or warrant to you that:

  • The use of our Resources will meet your needs or requirements.
  • The use of our Resources will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors.
  • The information obtained by using our Resources will be accurate or reliable, and Any defects in the operation or functionality of any Resources we provide will be repaired or corrected.

14. Square Insurance Brokers does not warrant or guarantee the Timeliness, accuracy or completeness of the Website Information or Quality of the results obtained from the use of the Website.

15. By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

16. I hereby authorize Square Insurance and his representatives to communicate with me on the given number for my insurance needs. I am aware that this authorization will override my registry under NDNC.

18. Please make sure that you have entered correct PYP No. and declared correct previous year NCB Status (NCB should be zero if you have made a claim last year). Insurance company may cancel your policy or reject your claim if found incorrect PYP or NCB.

19. I hereby confirm that my previous policy type is Comprehensive and I have entered correct PYP details and previous year NCB Status.
