Allotment of Special Registration Number

As per Rule 4.3 of the Rajasthan Motor Vehicle Rules, 1990, you can apply for a special registration number for your vehicle. You can also keep your old vehicle's number for your new vehicle.
How to Apply
If the number you want is not already taken, you need to write an application on plain paper and give it to the local RTO (Regional Transport Office). You must also attach a demand draft (DD) of the required amount in the name of the District Transport Officer, along with your vehicle registration form.
Fees
The charges for getting a special number or keeping your old number for a new vehicle are different, based on the number you choose. The fees are as follows:
1. Two-Wheelers
